Refund policy

 Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Some goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, as well as intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additionally, certain items such as gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items are non-returnable. Proof of purchase is required for returns, and please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as items with obvious signs of use or items not in their original condition. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Late or missing refunds should be followed up with your bank and credit card company before contacting us at help@toddlery.in Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds, and sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning items, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time for exchanged products to reach you may vary. If shipping items over ₹500, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned.
